Concept

The Art Deco style as a total look—an ultimate expression of luxury and class for this lavish countryside home in Svetlogorsk, Russia. Here, refined chandeliers and intricate mosaics bring a modern reinterpretation of neoclassical design.

Due to the challenging terrain, the ground floor was divided into two levels. The first level features an entryway, dining room, and kitchen, complete with a bar counter and a practical area for quick meals.

The second level is dedicated to private spaces, including the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, children’s rooms, a laundry room, and a guest bathroom.

For the master bathroom, the Jazz collection by The.Artceram was chosen, contributing to an elegant and innovative take on neoclassical references. Meanwhile, for the guest bathroom, which has a more modern approach, the A16 collection was selected.

“The finishes, lighting, and plumbing fixtures were quickly approved by the clients, but when it came to furniture selection, we decided to visit the Milan trade fair.”

Comments Alena Chashkina, who led the project. Her reasoning for choosing The.Artceram collections is clear:

“For me, design is above all about feelings, emotions, and love. I also believe that a beautifully designed interior has a positive impact on our lives. I take great pleasure in working with different styles—minimalism, loft, light classics, or Art Deco. But my connection with Art Deco is special, on an emotional level. Nobility, aesthetics, sophistication, and decorative richness are the elements I particularly appreciate in this style.”
